To install Rephraser AI, simply search for the app in the Zendesk Markeplace and click “Free Trial” button. During setup, you’ll need to provide your credit card information, which will only be charged after the 7-day free trial. Please note that Rephraser AI operates on a freemium model, meaning you will only incur charges if you choose to continue using the app after the trial period. If you wish to avoid charges, you can cancel the app at any time during the free trial.
Additionally, you can restrict the app’s usage to specific agents by configuring user groups and/or roles in the Zendesk app settings. Only agents assigned to these groups or roles will have access to the application and incur charges.
